Service Description

To redeem, visit www.studioinertia.online, become a member, and book any "Align, Focus, or Breathe ME" service with the option to pay at the time of service selected. Gift certificate must be presented at the time of service for validation. All bookings are subject to availability and change. Gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can not be exchanged for cash, nor will unused differences be issued. Any reservations made using a gift certificate are subject to our normal booking policy. Gift certificates will automatically be redeemed in the event of a no-show. We are not responsible for a gift certificate that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission. All gift certificates expire one year after the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy 2hr notice is required for a cancellation of a session. If you do cancel within a 2hr notice for a session, a refund is not available, but a credit will be issued. If this notice period is not given without the cancellation window as stated above, a full charge will apply and booking will be treated as a last minute class cancellation. If the class/session hasn’t been paid for in advance, next time a client books a class the balance owing will be requested to be paid. Customers may not book any other classes if they have a balance owing.
