Discover your inner power with FOCUS at Studio Inertia. This creative flow class builds internal heat, using breath synchronized movement to stretch and strengthen your muscles. Through this practice you will improve your strength, flexibility, and endurance, all while having a great time. Our experienced teachers will guide you through an all-levels practice, and you'll leave feeling invigorated and energized.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy 2hr notice is required for a cancellation of a session. If you do cancel within a 2hr notice for a session, a refund is not available, but a credit will be issued. If this notice period is not given without the cancellation window as stated above, a full charge will apply and booking will be treated as a last minute class cancellation. If the class/session hasn’t been paid for in advance, next time a client books a class the balance owing will be requested to be paid. Customers may not book any other classes if they have a balance owing.
